Registration of such workers is performed in a place where there is a payment according to UST, from where there is a transfer of means in TFOMI. In other words, if the hired division has own settlement account and balance, it is the separate organization which shall itself will take care of providing the contingent with policies of compulsory medical insurance. If the hired person combines work for several organizations, registration happens at the main work in the regular mode. There is a possible option of his registration as certain subject or business owner, policies of whom are arranged in place of registration. In this case the worker makes payments for compulsory health insurance independently from own settlement account.
Interesting item is a system of registration of policies for foreign citizens, as by the legislation any employee who is hired by the enterprise is obliged to be insured by the system of compulsory health insurance. However this legislation extends only on those foreign employees who are already insured on system of general medical insurance and having the right of fixed stay on the territory of the country, because in case of registration of Residence Permit or the employment contract registration of compulsory health insurance is a compulsory provision.
